专利摘要:
Means for adjusting automatically for backlash caused by wear between the teeth of a steering nut gear rack on a steering shaft worm and the teeth of a steering mechanism gear sector which engages the rack teeth. The invention utilizes a resiliently biased, e.g., spring pressed pin carried either by the steering nut member or the gear sector member and pressing against a tooth of the other to maintain a constant torque bias of the steering nut maintaining it to a rotated position on the steering shaft. Thus, the teeth of the two members will always effect engagement with no backlash when such members are positioned with respect to each other for straight-ahead steering. When steering is initiated the response is immediate and there is no play due to looseness between steering nut rack and gear sector teeth.

.one. The invention relates to vehicle engineering and can be used in steering gears of vehicles. The steering gear transmission of the transmission gear is known, containing the steering shaft, installed in i opnyce gears in Bearings, with a gear sector fixed to it, kinematically connected with the steering gear nut, a spring pressure element consisting of a spring-loaded pin in contact with the gear sector 1. A disadvantage of the known gear is the complexity of the design of the clamping element and, as a consequence, the high cost of manufacturing the steering gear. ... The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of manufacturing the steering gear. This chain is achieved by the fact that the spring-loaded pin of the clamping element is installed in the nut of the steering gear with the ability to interact with the middle tooth of the toothed sector. And TeMf that the steering gear is equipped with a flat and spring washers mounted on one end of the steering wheel with the ability to press it to the body. And also by the fact that the gearing of the toothed sector and the steering gear nut is made in the form of a cylindrical spur. In addition, the spring-loaded pin of the clamping element is set displaced vl on the steering gear about its axis with the possibility of interaction with the extreme part of the middle tooth of the eubated sector. FIG. 1 shows a steering gear with a spring clamping element housed in the nut of the steering gear, cross section; FIG. 2 - spring clamping element according to A-A in FIG. 1, longitudinal section; Wah FIG. 3 - steering gear with a spring clamping element placed in the toothed sector, transverse section; in fig. 4, the spring clamping element according to BB, in FIG. 3, longitudinal section. In the steering gear housing 1, you; fully filled in the form of a power cylinder, can move the nut 2 steering
transmission, which is simultaneously with J-hydraulic rotate. Nut 2 is connected to the steering rod 4 by means of a ball chain 3 and connected by gear 5 to gear 6 located on the steering shaft 7 of the toothed sector 8, the steering shaft 7 is installed in the housing in bearings 9, on the side of the nut 2 steering perdah a clamping element is installed, consisting of a clamping pin 10, a spring 11 and a nut 12. The rounded end of the pin 13 contacts the middle tooth 14 of the toothed sector 8, whereby the steering gear nut 2 rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. one, .
Between the nut 12 and the anvil 15 there is a play, designated S. The steering shaft 7 in the axial direction is secured by means of a flat washer 16 and a spring washer 17 (not shown).
FIG. 3 and 4 show a variation of the invention in which the spring clamping element is mounted in the toothed sector and contacts the tooth 18 of the nut 2 of the steering gear.
Indicated in FIG. The 1 and 2 backlash between the nut 12 and the stop 15 in the middle position represents the possible travel of the pin 10. When turning out of the middle position, the pin 10 exits the contact / so that the adjusting device is turned off.
The application of the invention allows to significantly reduce the cost of manufacture of the steering gear and reduce the range of parts used.
